About Statue of Liberty.

I believe you are referring to the "Statue of Liberty", a colossal neoclassical sculpture located on Liberty Island in New York Harbor, United States. It was a gift from France to the United States and was dedicated on October 28, 1886, as a symbol of friendship between the two nations.

The statue is of a woman holding a torch in her right hand and a tablet in her left hand, on which is inscribed the date of the American Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776). The statue represents Libertas, the Roman goddess of freedom, and its copper exterior has turned green over time due to the natural process of oxidation.

The statue is a major tourist attraction in New York City, and visitors can take a ferry to Liberty Island to see it up close and even climb to the top of the pedestal for panoramic views of the city skyline.
